You cannot start too young or too soon to take care of your skin – the face and the rest of the body, but especially the face. Early steps to prevent aging of the skin will pay huge dividends as one matures.  Even after a surgical face-lift, it is imperative to use a premium skin care such as HMS Crown. 

It is my experience that no makeup will hide flawed skin.  Skin has to be smooth and clear. Fortunately a good routine, such as the HMS Crown Royal Ritual, will help you achieve the best possible skin condition. I highly recommend the full Royal Ritual, but if you can only select one product to help protect and improve your skin, I would suggest Royal Gold Serum as the best single answer for mature skin and Royal Beauty Anti-Aging Daily Moisturizer for all ages.

Good cleansing in the morning and night is a key to a good complexion.  The Morning Gold Serum has done wonders under my eyes.  But the magical Royal Gold Serum is wonderful for facial fine lines as well as under the eyes. I find Royal Gold Serum is a treasure for the relief of puffiness.

The Royal Beauty cream moisturizes without being too oily.  It's especially good under makeup and gives a notable tightening effect.

You'll be amazed at how your complexion will look in the morning after using the Royal Weekend cream the previous evening. Royal Weekend cream is meant for frequent use all day and evening over a weekend or any day or two when you have the free time, but I find it is a wonderful night crème.

Quite frequently when my skin is extra dry Royal Gold Creme, made with Royal Gold Serum,  does wonders for my complexion.

The non-surgical face lift is a must.  You will see your skin tightening as well as looking vibrant and clear.  There is such a noticeable difference in your complexion you will want to use it about twice a week (don't forget to moisturize immediately afterwards).

HMS Almond Scrub is also a wonderful exfoliant for the skin on the body as well as the face making them smooth and silky.  For a lasting effect on the body you will want to apply the Royal Body moisturizing cream.

I believe that HMS Crown makes the best products available, but beauty is not only skin deep.  Beauty starts from within and the decisions you make to adopt or ignore certain practices will make a big difference in how you feel and look.

Beauty from within requires good diet, moderate exercise, and a positive outlook. 

Good diet is a must  with a reasonable amount of thought given to the nutritional values of your food. Our body doesn't always absorb the nutrients from our food, some foods don't have many nutrients, and in this fast moving world we don't always have access to the best diet. I believe in vitamins, minerals and supplements and I personally recommend drinking six glasses of water a day to aid in cleaning the body as well as promoting good clear skin.

Exercise, such as yoga, calisthenics, aerobics, walking, or other some form of workout helps keeps the mind alert, and benefits the heart, bones, skin, and muscles.
