HMS Crown Royal Honey is from the western slope of Colorado's Rocky Mountains. The nectar is collected by honeybees from various native sources, such as yellow sweet clover, alfalfa, and wildflowers. 

This natural, delicious honey features a u nique water bath drum handling method, that operates at low temperatures to warm the honey slowly and gently so that the natural flavors and quality of honey will not be lost or diminished. Then the honey is simply strained as opposed to pressurized filtering. Tiny particles of beeswax and pollen may be observed floating in the honey which serve to enhance the flavor and nutritional value.
