The King's Christmas Feast

The Feast Cheese Sauce
This sauce can be used over the broccoli, any vegetable, or, for that
matter, over any meat.
You'll need:
-
two tablespoons of butter melted
1 tablespoon of flour
-
1 cup of milk
-
dash of salt and pepper
-
3/4 to one cup of American cheese grated.
First. Blend butter and flour together in a sauce pan, (pour butter
over flour and work it in with a fork)
Second. Add milk to the butter and flour mixture and boil until mixture
begins to thicken.
Third. Add seasonings to taste (the King likes to add a good dash of
cayenne with the salt and pepper because it is said to be good for circulation
and is considered to be an anti-aging type of food).
Fourth. Continue to heat, stir constantly until cheese is melted.
This recipe makes just under two cups of cheese sauce and the recipe
can be doubled or trebled as needed.
You'll want to schedule making this so that it remains warm until served.
The King reminds the chef that this sauce is really excellent with all
egg
dishes too.
