Eggs
are a tremendously popular and nutritious food and, for most of us, usually
a breakfast item, but there are limitless ways to prepare eggs and all

cents each. With a few eggs and handful of vegetables, fruit, or a little
cheese anyone can serve a delicious and inexpensive meal.
